Mobile Legends Missing Diamonds & Refund Confusion!

I purchased 4 sets of 500 Diamonds in Mobile Legends, hoping to receive a grand total of 2,000 Diamonds. Unfortunately, I noticed that only 1,000 Diamonds appeared in my account. I asked for a refund for the missing 1,000 Diamonds, but things became quite complicated! Now, they claim they will remove the 1,000 Diamonds I have already received once they issue the refund!
