I am experiencing a serious issue with the Lucky Spin draw in Mobile Legends. I have already completed over 200 magic draws, yet my counter stopped at 156, preventing me from receiving the guaranteed reward at 200 draws. This is clearly a system error, as I successfully completed a 200-spin draw for a Lunox skin in the past without any issues.
What is even more frustrating is that customer support is completely unresponsive. I have tried reaching out multiple times through in-game support, but I am not receiving any replies or assistance.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue, along with the reward that I rightfully earned. Please address this problem as soon as possible and ensure better support for players encountering such errors. I look forward to your prompt response.

Customer service contacted me. I had made 335 spins, and since it stopped at 200, the spin records remained that way. Last time, I had bought a costume, but I need to get it in 200 spins. People can experience such issues. Anyway, my problem was resolved.
