I Didn’t Get Guaranteed Neobeast in Mobile Legends After 10 Draws Despite Event Rules

I’m extremely disappointed with Mobile Legends Bang Bang over how the new Neobeast event is being handled. According to the event page, a Neobeast skin is guaranteed within the first 10 draws. Trusting this, I participated in the event, but even after completing 10 draws, I received nothing.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that the guarantee only applies if you do multiple draws at once—not individually. But this important detail is nowhere mentioned on the event page! The rules section simply says “first 10 draws” without clarifying that single pulls don’t count. This is clearly misleading and unfair to players who spent their resources based on the advertised rules.

I spent ₺ to participate in good faith and now feel completely cheated. Mobile Legends must fix this immediately by honoring the guarantee for all players, whether draws were single or multiple. I’m requesting either my guaranteed Neobeast reward or a full refund for this event.
