Mobile Legends Bang Bang Event Bug Should Be Fixed
During the Mobile Legends event, players were given the opportunity to win unique costume sets by purchasing 100 diamonds. The event promised three different renewals, ensuring that players would receive non-repetitive rewards. Unfortunately, there was a problem during the event, and I ended up getting the same costume over and over again whenever I tried to renew it. Upon contacting them, I received an in-game message acknowledging the issue. They informed me that I could reclaim the costume I wanted by completing a form for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang team. Unfortunately, after submitting the form, I experienced a prolonged wait and did not receive a refund. When I tried to submit the form again, I came across a broken link that stopped me from doing so. Unfortunately, it seems like the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang team is not responding to my issue.
