Missing Diamonds in Mobile Legends from Inovapin Purchase – Need Resolution

I purchased diamonds for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang twice in the same day from Inovapin. The first transaction went through, but the second set of diamonds didn’t get credited to my MLBB account. I’ve provided all the necessary documents, including the transaction number and order receipt, to Inovapin, but they keep saying the issue is with MLBB, and MLBB says to resolve it with Inovapin.

I’m stuck in the middle with both sides refusing to take responsibility. I urgently need assistance to resolve this and get the diamonds I paid for. Please help me sort out this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
