I Spent My Promo Diamonds on the Wrong Mobile Legends Skin Due to Misleading Info


I’m very disappointed with how I was misled in Mobile Legends regarding the Benedetta “Covenant” skin. I had saved up my promo diamonds specifically to purchase this skin. However, when I went to buy it, the listing said “limited-time event,” and it appeared as if the skin had been removed from the store. I didn’t want to miss out completely, so I used my promo diamonds to get the Fanny Lightborn skin instead.
Now, to my frustration, the Benedetta skin is back and clearly available for purchase again. I feel tricked into making the wrong choice. I wouldn’t have spent my diamonds if I had known Benedetta’s skin would still be available. This misleading labeling led to an irreversible mistake.
I’m requesting a reversal of this issue. Either return the promo diamonds I spent or offer an exchange. I saved those specifically for Benedetta, and it’s unfair to penalize players due to confusing and inconsistent store messaging. Please resolve this promptly.
