In the Miniclip 8 Ball Pool game that I have been playing on Android for a long time, I encounter a heavy presence of cheating players, particularly at high-stakes tables. This situation, which has been ongoing for over a year, has intensified recently and caused me to lose interest in the game entirely.

I lost my accumulated balance of approximately 1 million coins—which I gathered purely through gameplay and hard work—because of these cheaters. Despite reporting them repeatedly using the in-game reporting system, I have seen zero tangible results, and cheating players continue to play without issue.

I believe the game developers are failing to implement serious and lasting anti-cheat measures, choosing instead to focus solely on ads and similar updates. I demand that accounts using cheats be identified and permanently penalized, and that compensation be provided to me for the coins I unfairly lost.
