Miniclip Ignores Rampant Cheating in 8 Ball Pool as Players Lose Hundreds of Dollars

I have been playing Miniclip 8 Ball Pool for a long time, and I encounter the exact same problem almost every day. I have invested between $368 and $491 into the game based on today's value and accumulated millions of coins; however, there are numerous players, particularly from the Pakistan region, who cheat, and I see no effective enforcement being applied against them.

Due to these cheating players, the millions of coins I accumulated were unfairly lost, wasting all my effort and financial investments. Despite this, the game continues to sell items and coins for real money while cheating accounts remain unbanned. This situation has completely turned me off from the game and brought me to the point of writing off my investments entirely.

On my account registered under player ID 1935844196, I demand a refund for the purchases I have made to date and the losses I have suffered. At the very least, I want cheating players to be detected and permanently banned, resolving the hardship experienced by both myself and other players.
