Midasbuy Sent My 1800 UC to the Wrong ID
Hello, I purchased 1800 UC from Midasbuy, but unfortunately, the UC was delivered to the wrong player ID. I double-checked everything afterward and realized the UC didn’t go to my intended account. This is a serious issue, and what makes it even worse is the complete lack of customer support. There’s no live chat, no phone number, and no way to reach anyone for help. I’ve been left completely in the dark, and there’s been no response or assistance at all. Midasbuy, I need an urgent resolution to this. Either transfer the UC to the correct ID or refund my money immediately. I paid for a specific service, and you failed to deliver it correctly. Ignoring your users after payment is unacceptable. Please fix this now and get back to me as soon as possible.
