Microsoft Took Money From My Account Without My Approval

On September 13, 2025, an unauthorized payment of ₺4,099.99 was withdrawn from my İş Bank account by Microsoft without my approval, and no product or service was provided in return. I tried to resolve the issue through Microsoft’s AI-assisted support system, but no solution was offered. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and the email address linked to my account is o************@hotmail.com. I request a full refund of the amount that was unjustly taken from me.

The refund was made to my bank account, but I still haven't been informed about the reason why this money was withdrawn.
