Microsoft 365 Business Account Inaccessible After Losing MFA Access

I have been completely unable to sign in to my Microsoft 365 business account for more than a month because of multi-factor authentication (MFA). The MFA app was set up on my old phone, which I no longer have access to, and I currently cannot access either my admin account or the other Office 365 services associated with it. Our corporate subscription is registered under Inntro Global Dış Ticaret A. Ş., and all user and license management is handled through this admin account, so our business operations are being seriously disrupted.

I have repeatedly tried to get support through Microsoft's support channels to resolve this issue. When I call by phone, the automated system eventually ends the call after going through the prompts, and I cannot reach a live representative. When I try to get online support, I am asked to sign in using MFA again, but the entire problem is that I cannot access MFA in the first place, so I am also unable to access the support channels. I previously opened a support ticket, but the issue was not resolved, and I am now completely locked out.

Despite being billed and charged regularly every month, I cannot access my admin account and have been unable to receive effective support from Microsoft. This is not acceptable. I urgently request that Microsoft restore access to my Microsoft 365 business admin account by removing the MFA restriction or providing an alternative verification method, and that Microsoft actively communicate with me throughout the necessary identity verification and account ownership confirmation process.
