Instagram Keeps Suspending My Accounts Without Any Violations
My primary Instagram accounts, which I actively use, including @vmaxtuning.tr, @namli_cetin, @cetin.Namlii, @elitkurdish, @cetin.Namli, and @nmlcar, along with several other Instagram accounts I have not listed and my Facebook account (username: umut5541), which I had used without issues for nearly 10 years, were suspended and disabled even though I did not violate any community guidelines. This problem first began in 2025. Since then, I have created approximately 10 new Instagram accounts, but each one has been automatically suspended almost immediately after creation under the stated reason of "Account Integrity," before I even had the opportunity to use the account.
I believe this is the result of a false positive generated by Meta's automated machine learning systems. My device and IP address appear to have been incorrectly flagged, creating an automatic enforcement loop. Every new account I create from my phone is suspended almost instantly, even before I can make a single post or engage in any activity.
I have completed every verification step requested by Meta, including uploading my government-issued ID, completing video selfie verification, and confirming my phone number and email address multiple times. Despite successfully passing these identity checks, my appeals continue to be automatically rejected because of what appears to be a device-level restriction. Even after proving that I am a legitimate user, I cannot get past this automated review process.
I rely on these accounts to operate my independent business. Losing access to my existing accounts and having every new account suspended immediately has caused significant financial losses and serious disruption to my business. Throughout this process, I have submitted numerous appeals and review requests through Instagram and Meta's official support channels, but I have never received meaningful assistance or a substantive response.
I respectfully request that Meta and Instagram have this matter reviewed by a real support specialist instead of relying solely on automated systems. I ask that the incorrect restriction associated with my device be removed and that my Instagram and Facebook accounts be manually reviewed and restored. I am fully willing to complete identity verification again, including providing my ID, driver's license, and additional facial verification if necessary. I sincerely request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
