Merrell Sneaker Heel Structure Deforms Prematurely After One Month of Light Use

Approximately one month ago, I purchased a pair of Merrell sneakers from the Vault store in Erzincan. Despite wearing the shoes at most 7 to 8 times during this period, the heel structure began gathering and deforming. Having the product deteriorate so quickly has left me deeply disappointed in both the item and the brand.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I brought the shoes back to the store. Without even taking physical possession of the shoes, the store employees simply took a photo, claimed they sent it to the relevant manufacturer, and said they would inform me if they received a response. When I pointed out that I could not understand how a proper inspection could be conducted through just a photo without examining the physical shoe, they dismissed my concerns by stating they created an arbitrary internal form just to follow standard procedures.

Shortly after, I received a rejection notification with zero detailed explanation provided. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the store and the manufacturer due to their refusal to stand behind the product and their decision to conduct such a superficial inspection process with complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I demand that the shoes be formally re-inspected under statutory warranty for defective goods, that a replacement or a full refund be provided, and that a clear, detailed explanation of the evaluation grounds be shared with me.
