My Mercedes EQS 580 Maintenance at Service Took 6.5 Hours for Simple Repairs
Hello, I live in Konya. Unfortunately, I was unable to schedule an appointment at the recently opened Konya Hasmer for the 30 thousand km maintenance of my 2023 Mercedes EQS 580 vehicle. It seems that they have not yet begun offering maintenance services for electric vehicles. So, I scheduled a maintenance appointment at Ankara Hasmer for August 24, 2024, at 08:30 a.m. I was there at Ankara Hasmer on the given date and precisely at 08:30 a.m. My car was supposed to be serviced after 30,000 kilometers, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the LED light on the left door. I was informed that I would need to wait for approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Unfortunately, I had to endure a lengthy 6.5-hour wait for a filter and an LED light. When I inquired about the reason for the extended wait, the attendant explained that the high number of appointments and his solo work shift were the contributing factors. I had planned to complete the maintenance tasks and attend to my affairs in Ankara early on, but regrettably, these plans were not able to come to fruition due to your actions. Consider adjusting the number of appointments or increasing the staff size. Even though making you wait for 6.5 hours for the first appointment has little to do with the number of appointments, it's time to put an end to this nonsense. If you're unable to complete the task, it might be best to consider ending your business.
