I have been using the 350 ml Head & Shoulders shampoo for a long time, and I am experiencing a serious problem with the ...bottle cap design. Whenever I try to open the bottle, the sharp edges around the cap catch my finger and cut it almost every time. In addition, the cap is often difficult to open.
