Head & Shoulders Shampoo Cap Keeps Cutting My Fingers

I have been using the 350 ml Head & Shoulders shampoo for a long time, and I am experiencing a serious problem with the bottle cap design. Whenever I try to open the bottle, the sharp edges around the cap catch my finger and cut it almost every time. In addition, the cap is often difficult to open.

Although the cuts are not extremely severe, they still cause pain and make it difficult for me to use my finger comfortably during daily activities. I also noticed that this is not an issue with just one bottle. The caps on all 350 ml Head & Shoulders bottles I have used have similarly sharp edges and are difficult to operate safely.

I request that the company review and redesign this bottle cap so it can be opened more safely and comfortably without cutting users’ fingers.

For both user safety and overall product usability, I believe improvements should be made to this packaging design as soon as possible.
