Western Union Transfer Blocked Due to Quota Limit

I tried to transfer money from Western Union to my bank account using internet banking, but the transaction got declined... because of a limit on the amount I could transfer. I don't understand the purpose of this quota and I'm not sure how to fix the problem. I've reached out to Western Union support
