I withdrew ₺20,000 from a Garanti Bank ATM using my Garanti Bank account. Even though the ATM withdrawal limit is ₺20,00...0, a fee of ₺144.00 was charged. What is this deduction for? I’m using my own money. This makes no sense—I want my money refunded. If there was a policy change regarding withdrawal
