On October 24, around 9:00 p.m., I made a hotel reservation through Trip.com at the Ibis Styles Dubai Deira Hotel. Howev...er, since I was unable to contact the hotel, I decided to cancel my reservation within about an hour of booking — well within what should have been the free cancellation period. I
