Paid for Truecaller Subscription but Account Still Not Upgraded

Today, I tried to purchase a membership in the Truecaller app by paying $0 with my debit card. The payment was shown as ...successful, but my membership was not activated. The email address I used for the subscription is a********@gmail.com. I contacted Truecaller customer support to resolve the issue
