Paid for Truecaller Subscription but Account Still Not Upgraded
Today, I tried to purchase a membership in the Truecaller app by paying $0 with my debit card. The payment was shown as successful, but my membership was not activated. The email address I used for the subscription is a********@gmail.com.
I contacted Truecaller customer support to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response yet. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I request that my membership be activated in exchange for the payment I made or that I be issued a refund.
