Vodafone Charged Me ₺78 for an Unauthorized Mega Miles Subscription

I received a message from Vodafone stating, "Congratulations! Your Mega Miles® Limited subscription has been successfully charged." They deducted ₺78 from my balance or added it to my bill without my consent.

I never subscribed to this service, nor did I authorize any payments. However, Vodafone claims that electronic services are non-refundable, which is completely unfair! How can they charge me for something I never signed up for?

I demand a full refund and for Vodafone to stop these unauthorized charges. Many users are experiencing similar issues, and this needs to be addressed. Vodafone, fix this mistake immediately and prevent unauthorized payments on customers' accounts!
