Regarding Wrongful Ban Of My Meet Me Account And Prompt Recovery

I am writing regarding my MeetMe account, which is linked to the email address Ashneersharma****@gmail.com and was suddenly banned on 18 May 2026 while I was live-streaming. My profile did not even have a name (it was a blank ID), and I did not receive any prior warning or notification explaining the reason for this action. One moment I was live, and the next moment my account was inaccessible without any clear information from the app. After the ban, I contacted MeetMe support and submitted appeals, but I have only been receiving the same copy‑paste messages repeatedly, without any personalized reply, investigation details, or proof of a violation. This is very disappointing and unfair, because as a user I have the right to know what exactly happened to my account and on what grounds such a serious action was taken. I have not been informed of any specific behaviour, content, or rule that I allegedly violated during my live-streaming. This sudden and unexplained ban has affected my ability to use the platform, follow the people I was connected with, and continue my live activities. I feel that the account was blocked without proper review and without giving me any chance to understand or correct anything. I kindly request a thorough manual review of my case and the immediate restoration of my banned MeetMe account associated with the email address Ashneersharma****@gmail.com. If there is any claimed violation, I ask for a clear and detailed explanation, including which rule was allegedly broken and when, so that I can understand the issue and avoid any problems in the future. Until this review is completed, I expect my situation to be taken seriously and handled individually rather than with automated, generic responses. I also request that the team members and higher-level staff who handle reports and account actions stop blocking accounts without a clear and valid reason. Decisions about bans should be based on proper evidence and transparent communication with users, not sudden actions that leave people in the dark. I expect MeetMe to review these practices and prevent similar unfair bans in the future.
