Match Masters Rigged Gameplay – Bots, Bugs, and Unfair Matches Reported
I have been playing Match Masters for over a year, and throughout this entire period I have consistently experienced serious issues such as bugs, glitches, unfair matchmaking, clear bot manipulation, and disappearing tiles that alter what should land on the board.
The gameplay repeatedly feels manipulated, with boards shifting in unnatural ways and moves or tiles disappearing in a way that strongly suggests the game is not operating fairly. These problems are not occasional—they occur frequently in normal matches, events, and competitive modes, especially in matches where more is at stake.
I have collected multiple screen recordings from different matches over time that clearly show these glitches, disappearing tiles, and suspiciously perfect plays that resemble bot behavior rather than real players.
The most concerning part is that these issues seem closely tied to cash purchases and in-game perks. When I spend real money, it feels like I am paying only to be unfairly disadvantaged. I lose paid boosters, perks, shields, and other advantages in matches where the board behaves unnaturally or the opponent appears to be a bot with an unfair advantage.
Additionally, shield usage is entirely controlled by the game, and players cannot choose when to use their shield, which makes it easier for the system to place players in losing situations.
I have contacted Match Masters support regarding these issues, but instead of addressing the core problems, their responses have only reinforced my belief that the system relies heavily on bots and manipulation. After so many repeated incidents over a long period, I no longer believe these are accidental bugs or rare errors, but rather a pattern that harms players and wastes both time and money.
Because of this, I request serious action to be taken. I want a refund or compensation for my cash purchases and the in-game value I unfairly lost. I also request that the unfair matchmaking, bot manipulation, rigged board behavior, and shield system be thoroughly investigated and corrected—not only for me but for all players.
Progress
I play Match Masters by Candivore on my iPhone, which is new and fully up to date. I am writing because I experienced a serious issue with the Billybob character and the bombs that makes me feel the game is being manipulated and not working as it should.
During a recent solo game, I used Billybob with the Hyper booster. Normally, when you activate it, it drops bombs properly after you make a move, allowing you to collect stars and activate your booster. In this particular match, it behaved in a completely different way from how it is supposed to work. The bombs did not drop correctly, the stars were scattered, and I was not allowed to get the stars I needed to activate my booster. Because of this, I lost the game, and it felt clearly rigged. I have a screenshot of this match, which I am sharing as evidence to support my complaint. I have also noticed a pattern in all modes where it feels like the game is set up so that you lose five to six of your top boosters before you are allowed to win.
I have contacted Candivore support before about manipulation and rigging in the game, but I keep getting the same generic responses that feel like they are coming from bots, and my last complaint has still not been properly answered. I am very disappointed that my concerns are not being taken seriously.
I request that this issue be properly investigated, especially the match where Billybob and the bombs did not work as they should, and that my post and complaint be acknowledged rather than ignored or answered with automated replies. I want clarification on why this happened and assurance that the game is fair and not being manipulated in a way that causes players to lose boosters and matches unfairly.
