Not Receiving One-Time Password (OTP) for BiTaksi Payments via Masterpass

I’ve been unable to receive one-time passwords (OTP) via SMS for a while now, which is preventing me from making payments on the BiTaksi app, as it requires Masterpass. This issue has caused me a lot of inconvenience for quite some time. I couldn’t find any information or support related to this problem on the website either. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this and help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
