I was not clearly informed that this free trial would automatically convert into a paid subscription or that any amount would be charged without my explicit confirmation. On 12 October 2026, ₹599 was debited from my PhonePe account for the Masteredu AI subscription without my clear consent. This charge was unexpected, as I did not intend to purchase the subscription or continue beyond what I believed was a free trial period. The PhonePe Transaction ID for this payment is OLEX2610122157319605382782. I request that you cancel my Masteredu AI subscription immediately, disable any AutoPay or recurring payment mandate linked to my account and PhonePe, and consider processing a full refund of the ₹599 charged on 12 October 2026.
