Location-Tool Service Not Working After Payment by Debit Card

On 29/06/2026 I made a payment by debit card on location-tool.com, but about 20 minutes later the service was still not working and I have been unable to use what I paid for. I have not yet been able to reach or contact any customer support for this issue, and there has been no explanation or solution provided on the website. I paid for a working service and did not receive it. I request that my service be activated immediately as promised and that a full refund be issued for this failed experience. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
