I recently subscribed to a service on location-tools.com for a plan that was clearly advertised as costing 4 dollars. However, on 25 May 2026, instead of the expected small fee, a single charge of 669 soles was debited from my account, which is completely disproportionate to the amount I agreed to pay. As soon as I noticed this, I cancelled my subscription and submitted a formal claim through their channels, but so far I have not received any response or solution from the company. This lack of communication is very worrying, especially given the high amount that was charged without my consent for that value. I request the immediate cancellation of any active service related to this subscription and a full refund of the 669 soles charged to my account, since I only authorized a charge corresponding to a 4‑dollar subscription. I expect a prompt response and clear explanation of how this error occurred so that it does not happen again.
