Cancel LocationTool Subscription And Refund

Today I paid $1.25 via Cash App to LocationTool in the USA for a phone location service, but I did not receive any result after the payment. The site/app took the money, and then nothing happened. I did not get any response, result, or error message. I have not been able to reach any effective support from LocationTool, and I do not see any clear way to cancel what appears to be a subscription. I am concerned that I have paid for a service that I did not receive and that I may be charged again without my consent. I request that my payment of $1.25 be fully refunded, that any active subscription linked to my transaction or account be canceled immediately, and that no further charges be made to my Cash App or any related payment method.
