LivU App Unauthorized Debit Card Charges

On the night of Wednesday, January 21, 2026, seven consecutive transactions were made from my QNB account without my knowledge or authorization, and approximately $75 was withdrawn in total. I do not have any subscriptions or purchases that would justify these charges, yet the transactions were processed from my account.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted QNB customer service and filed a dispute regarding the unauthorized transactions. However, I am requesting that my complaint be resolved promptly, that the full amount withdrawn from my account be refunded, and that I be provided with clear information about how this security breach occurred.

I expect these unauthorized transactions to be thoroughly investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and for my financial loss to be fully reimbursed.
