Life360 Charged Me Twice for the Same Subscription Month

I am a Gold plan subscriber on the Life360 app. The subscription fee that was supposed to be charged this month was charged twice for the same billing period two days ago. I am a student, and I currently have no money, so this duplicate charge has put me in a very difficult situation.
My membership is registered under the email address e****************@gmail.com. It appears that a total of approximately $5 has been charged twice for the same month, and this was done without my knowledge or consent. I have not yet contacted Life360 support; I wanted to report the issue here first.
I request that the duplicate charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such duplicate billing from happening again.
