I purchased the LG Gram 17 computer from LG in 2023, but I have encountered serious design and quality issues with the product. First, the keyboard keys started to stiffen over time, and some keys have become almost unresponsive. Additionally, the cooling system is inadequate; especially during extended use, the device overheats and shuts down automatically. This issue is preventing the computer from functioning efficiently and causing constant interruptions. The USB ports also experience connection issues from time to time, making it difficult to connect external devices. It is unacceptable for a product sold at such a high price to have these basic quality problems. When I contacted LG customer service, it took a long time to address my issues, and the solutions provided were insufficient. I expect these problems to be resolved promptly and for my computer to be restored to full functionality.
