I have been using a platform called LedgerPro for crypto trading and cold wallet operations. About 20 days ago, I created my account and started the KYC verification process. Although the website clearly states that this process should be completed within a maximum of 48 hours, my account still shows as “pending” after 20 days, and I am unable to perform any transactions.

During this time, I contacted the platform multiple times and explained my situation, but I was repeatedly told to wait without any concrete solution being provided. I currently have $15,000 USDT in my account, and being unable to access or use these funds is causing serious inconvenience.
