For about the past three weeks, I have been constantly receiving error code 100028 when trying to log into League of Legends: Wild Rift on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G device. Some days I cannot enter the game at all, and on other days it opens randomly—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This situation has become extremely frustrating.
To try to fix the problem, I deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared the cache and data, and tried connecting through different internet networks. However, none of these steps solved the issue. I keep encountering the same error code every time, and it has made it almost impossible for me to play the game regularly.
I want this login error to be permanently resolved and for the necessary technical investigation to be carried out so that I can play the game smoothly on my device. Because this issue has been ongoing for a long time, I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and the problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
