LC Waikiki Order Wrong Tights Delivered

I ordered an outdoor tights product from LC Waikiki’s online store to be delivered to my workplace address in Kadıköy, Istanbul. The product I selected on the site was an outdoor tights, but instead a very thin innerwear‑type tights was sent, which is not the product I ordered. My order with the number 2609192202311 was delivered on 22 September, and when I saw that the product was completely different from the one shown on the website, I tried to contact LC Waikiki customer service. However, it was never possible to reach anyone, so I could not solve the problem or get any information. After this experience I clearly say to other customers: do not buy from LC Waikiki’s online store, because you may receive a different product and not be able to reach customer service for support. I request that the correct outdoor tights shown on the website be sent to me without any additional cost and that the error in this order be resolved as soon as possible.
