Unresolved Furniture Issues With Lazzoni – Request For Immediate Action
On June 4, 2022, I purchased a large amount of furniture worth around 20,000 AZN from Lazzoni Furniture in Baku, including products with codes WRD180 and RAF020 (wardrobes) and YAT632 (bed). Unfortunately, when the items were delivered, I immediately noticed several issues and reported them both to the sales staff and the store manager. Despite my notifications at the time of delivery, the problems have still not been resolved. My wardrobe has significant scratches, the mirror has visible stains, the light above the bed is not working, and one of the panels has never been delivered. Over the past four years, I have been unable to receive the missing and damaged parts or have the defects corrected. During this period, the store managers and sales representatives have changed multiple times, which has forced me to repeatedly explain the same situation to different people. Each time I was promised follow-up, but there has been no real effort or concrete solution, and the issues remain unresolved to this day. I request that Lazzoni urgently replace the damaged items, deliver the missing panel, and repair the defects such as the scratched wardrobe surfaces, stained mirror, and non-functioning bed light on-site so that I can finally use the furniture in proper condition after all these years.
