Burnt and Inedible Potato Skins Found in Lays Chips

I purchased a bag of Lays potato chips, expecting quality, but instead found burnt potato skins inside—no actual chips, just charred slices with peels. This has happened multiple times, and the attached photo clearly shows the poor quality.

It’s unacceptable to pay for a product intended for humans only to receive something unfit for consumption. The money spent feels wasted, and the quality control seems non-existent.

I request an immediate resolution and explanation for this repeated issue. Lays needs to address the lack of quality in their production and ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I look forward to a prompt response.
