My Lansinoh wearable breast pump is leaking. This is actually the second time I’ve purchased this product, and unfortunately, I’m experiencing the same leaking issue again after a short period of use. I’m not sure if this is due to poor material quality or a design flaw, but I rely completely on pumping to feed my baby, so this problem is very distressing for me.

I kindly ask that your company address and permanently resolve this issue as soon as possible.

A new pumping set was sent to me following my complaint, but unfortunately the same problem has started to occur again. After a short period of use, the new set begins to leak slightly, and most importantly, the suction power of the pump has significantly decreased in recent days. It can no longer provide adequate pumping, which unfortunately has started to reduce my milk supply. I kindly request that you urgently find a solution to this problem. If I cannot get enough output from pumping, I will not be able to feed my baby, and I do not even want to think about that because I am a mother who feeds her baby only by pumping, not by breastfeeding. Please take this seriously; I urgently request your support.

Shame on you, really. I'm writing my complaint at this early hour in the morning. I have never seen such a bad pump. Instead of increasing my milk by pumping, it can't even pump the milk I have anymore. Thanks to this pump, my milk supply decreased. How many more times do I have to write? The suction power of the pump is gone, it's very weak. It's only been a few months since I bought it. I had problems with the first pump I bought as well, but I thought maybe it was a production error and bought it a second time. It really doesn't make sense, I made a huge mistake. Your brand only has a name, unfortunately. Lansinoh officials urgently need to address this issue. It's not a cheap product and I wasted my money. I can't even feed my child anymore. I demand either a replacement of my product with a new one or a refund.

It shouldn't be this hard to get a response. Why can't you stand behind your product? Why do you keep causing more and more problems for your customers? I urgently expect a response and support. As I said from the beginning, I feed my baby by pumping, and because of your product, I can no longer pump. My milk supply has decreased significantly. If I had known I would experience this problem again, I would never have bought this pump. Please don't cause more trouble for people. I'm also tired of constantly writing, but I want a solution to my problem.
