La Roche – Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 Fake or Real?

I recently purchased La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5, but I strongly suspect it is fake. The texture, packaging, and scent are completely different from the previous ones I’ve used. This product burns my skin, which has never happened before with this balm. I rely on this soothing balm, but instead, it is causing irritation. How can a Cica cream that is meant to calm the skin end up burning it? This is highly concerning, and I need urgent assistance in verifying whether I received an authentic product. If not, I demand a replacement or refund. Please respond as soon as possible!
