Kwai Wrongly Blocking My Private Messages
About three days ago on the Kwai app, my private messaging feature was temporarily banned due to a “community rule” violation, even though I did not receive any warning or notification beforehand. My account username is “Almina.” Every day when I try to send a message, I receive the warning: “Your private messaging has been temporarily banned due to a community rule.” I was never given an explanation as to why this happened, and I do not believe I violated any community guidelines.
What I expect from Kwai is that this messaging ban on my account be removed and that I receive a detailed explanation regarding the reason for this restriction. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
