Kwai Removes “Login With Phone Number” Option After App Reinstall

I reset my Xiaomi Poco F7 phone to factory settings on December 31, 2025. After reinstalling the Kwai app, I noticed that the “log in with phone number” option, which I had always used before, no longer appears. Because of this, I am unable to access my account.

Until now, I have only logged into my Kwai account using my phone number. I never added an email address, username, or any other login method. Since the phone number login option is no longer visible in the app, I cannot access my account or any of the content stored in it.

I request that Kwai restore access to the account linked to my phone number (546 *******66) and make the “log in with phone number” option available to me again. I ask for the necessary guidance and support so I can recover my account.
