Kwai App Won’t Let Me Withdraw Money to My Bank Account
I have been unable to withdraw money from my Kwai account for about a month. When I try to transfer funds to my Kuveyt Türk IBAN, the app displays a message saying, “This bank account is linked to another account,” and the transaction does not go through.
I first experienced this issue when I attempted to withdraw my money, and it has continued ever since. I tried to get support through the in-app help center, but the customer service responses were not clear or detailed enough, and my issue remains unresolved. I request that the balance accumulated in my Kwai account be transferred to my registered Kuveyt Türk IBAN without further delay or issues. I also demand a clear and understandable explanation as to why my bank account is being flagged as “linked to another account.”
