I Can’t Earn Bonuses on Kwai—Bonus Shows but No Earnings in My Account

I downloaded the Kwai app and see the bonus indicator, but the money I earn while watching videos never shows up in my account. I can’t claim any bonuses even though the “Get Bonus” message appears. Instead, it says “This feature is disabled for you.” I don’t understand why this is happening. I even sent a screenshot to support but haven’t received a response yet. This is frustrating because I want to enjoy the app fully and earn rewards as promised. Kwai, please investigate this issue and help me activate my bonus earnings so I can start receiving the money I’ve earned. I’m waiting for your prompt reply.
