Dear Kwai team, I’m really frustrated with the recent changes in the app. I used to earn bonus gold coins regularly after watching videos, but now I don’t receive anything at all. It suddenly stopped working for no reason, and I haven’t been able to fix it despite trying everything.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but it still doesn’t work. Sometimes it shows an error, other times it does nothing at all. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get it back to normal, but no solution has worked so far.

Kwai, please help me. I want to continue using the app, but only if the rewards system works again. Fix this issue and restore the bonus coins!
