Remove NIN Number From My KuCoin Account

I lost access to my KuCoin account, but I want to remove my NIN number from it. I no longer feel safe knowing my personal information is still linked to an account I can't access. I've tried reaching out to support but haven't received any helpful response. Please, help me with this.
