Konami Payment Error Should Be Fixed




It's been a few days now, but the issue just won't go away. I can't buy a MyClub membership. I was hoping the problem would work itself out, but since it hasn't, I wanted to bring it to your attention. Whenever I make a payment, I always get the message 'your order is complete' but then there's this annoying error code that pops up. I'm just sitting here, patiently waiting for this problem to get sorted out.
Progress
There has been no progress. I just tried again to make a payment, but I still couldn't get the coin. It gave an error again despite having money in my account.
I am addressing the authorized people at Konami. This situation has really become very frustrating. The state that this huge company, Konami, has fallen into is truly shameful. It has been 4 days, and none of the in-game payments or deposits to the Apple ID are going through in any way, even though I have money in my account.
