Konami MyClub Purchase Error Not Fixed

I bought MyClub 836-831-566, but I still haven't received it. So, I was looking at my balance and noticed that the payment was taken out, but for some reason, I still haven't gotten it. So, I was going through the game settings to see if there were any purchases that I hadn't finished, and guess what? It said, 'You don't have any incomplete purchases.' I have no idea how to solve this. I reached out to Konami support, but I still haven't received my product. What options do I have?
