Konami Needs to Restore My Deleted eFootball Account and Purchases

I was using my Konami ID account for the eFootball game. Until about one month ago, I was able to log in without any problems. However, after changing devices, I could not access my account for a while. Today, when I tried logging in again, I realized that my account had apparently been deleted.

Whenever I attempt to sign in, I receive a warning saying, “This page has been deleted because it has been inactive for some time.” My account was registered with the email address o********@gmail.com, and I had also made in-game purchases on this account. I do not remember the exact amount I spent, but I did pay for premium content and game upgrades.

So far, I have not contacted Konami regarding this issue. With this complaint, I request that my account be reactivated and that all of my in-game progress and purchases also be restored. I want a clear explanation regarding why my account was deleted and I request that my losses and inconvenience be properly resolved.
