Konami Account Locked After Unauthorized Access, Request Recovery
My Konami account, which is primarily linked to my games, was stolen and I have not been able to access it since yesterday. When I tried to log in yesterday at around 2:45, I received a message stating that my account is locked and I could not enter. I contacted Konami support and tried to recover the account, but my attempts were unsuccessful and my account is still locked. I am worried that someone else may be using my account and my data and purchases may be at risk. I kindly request that my account be unlocked, ownership be verified with me, and full access be returned to me as soon as possible so that I can safely continue using my games and services.
