Kıyafet Sepeti Ignores Binding Consumer Arbitration Ruling
Kıyafet Sepeti initially refused to accept the return of the formal dress I purchased from the company, despite its legal obligations. As a result, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in my favor. Under the decision dated July 10, 2026, with decision number 007520260002752, the company was ordered to make a payment to me. However, despite the legal payment period having expired, I have still not received the money owed to me.
Throughout this process, I repeatedly contacted the company through WhatsApp messages and phone calls to request my payment. However, I was continuously given excuses, my messages were ignored, and even my WhatsApp call four days ago was not answered. The company is refusing to make the payment despite acting contrary to both consumer protection laws and the binding decision issued by the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
I demand that the total amount of approximately $322 owed to me be paid immediately in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision, together with any applicable statutory interest and, if necessary, compensation. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will pursue all available legal remedies, including enforcement proceedings, and will continue the process through the appropriate legal channels.
